1. The corn mill clean part:

Includes corn cleaner,destoner, magnetic separator and dampening. Different capacity machine line has different capacities of corn cleaner,destoner with different parameters ,different power, different type.

To ensure the corn flour Quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the corn before go to mill. Corn cleaner in the corn mill line: Through the beat function of the corn cleaner, brusher to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed. To remove large and small impurities in the corn seed by make the corn go through vibrating sieve and aspiration sieve. 

Destoner in the corn mill production line: Mainly remove stone in the corn to protect them milled into the flour and also protect the roller on the milling process.

Magnetic separator in the corn mill: Remove metal material in the corn to keep the roller safe and also avoid flour exploration accident of spark caused by the impact of the metal impurities and the machine.

Dampening in the corn mill: To ensure the corn flour Quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the corn before go to mill, dampener is used to control the water in the process clean corn. In using the machine, the moisture of the supplies could be stable and well-proportioned. The corn is fed into the dampener through the front-end inlet. Water is sprayed into the corn near the inlet. Together with the separately added water, the corn is transferred from the end to the top of the machine by the mixing blades when intensive intermixing and water penetration by the rotor whirling system are achieved. The thoroughly dampened corn is discharged from the machine outlet.

Dampening the corn bran before mill to ensure the bran soft, easy separate from corn kernel during the degerminaiting processing, keep flour quality.

2. Degerminating parts in a corn mill line:

After damper, the corn kernel will sleep in the Mid-Condition for around 2-3hours, depending on the raw grains, the germ and skin will absorb enough water, the endosperm not absorb water, it is more easily to separate the skin and germ from the endosperm by degerminator. The degerminator with Japan Technology, it will realize the separating of endosperm and corn skin and germ to insure can get pure corn flour, corn meal, corn grits with low fat.  

The corn germ, skin and corn endosperm separate, the corn endosperm transport to roller mill, the corn germ, skin use for animal feed.

3. The flour milling part in a corn mill line: 
Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran

(1) Mill in a corn mill line: Mill the corn to break the integrity by the roller moving

Different capacity of corn mill use different numbers of roller mill, the roller mill effect is the same. The mill is one of most important machine of whole processing line, is mainly for grinding. To break big size corn endosperm to small size. Depend on client’s market need to mill corn flour, corn meal, corn grits etc.
