New 300tons per day maize milling machine project in Zimbabwe

This is complete line of 90tons per day maize milling machine operating now in Gweru,Zimbabwe. It can produce super maize grits for snacks,brewery and it can also produce super mealie meal for sadza. The client is growing so fast and bought another 3 bigger flour milling lines from us again: 300tons per day maize flour mill, 120tons per day wheat mill line, and 200tons per day maize milling line. Now the 300tons maize flour mill plant is already in Harare.


This is when we loading containers for the 300tons daily maize flour plant for Zimbabwe.

 

This is the factory layout for this 300tons per day maize flour mill plant. The general design includes weighbridge, storage maize silos,milling machines together with cleaning part, degerminating part, milling parts (pneumatic roller mill and plansifters),packaging part, controlling part etc.

 

Our maize flour milling line can produce maize samp, maize grits, mealie meal,maize fine flour etc. It is adjustable according to different market.
