The maize mill is full complete line which includes cleaning, degerminating, milling, packaging, controlling system.

Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran

1. The maize mill cleaning part:

Maize cleaner in the maize mill line: Through the beat function of the maize cleaner, brusher to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed. To remove large and small impurities in the maize seed by make the maize go through vibrating sieve and aspiration sieve.

Destoner in the maize mill production line: Mainly remove stone in the maize to protect them milled into the flour and also protect the roller on the milling process.

Magnetic separator in the maize mill: Remove metal material in the maize to keep the roller safe and also avoid flour exploration accident of spark caused by the impact of the metal impurities and the machine.

Dampening in the maize mill: To ensure the maize flour Quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the maize before go to mill, dampener is used to control the water in the process clean maize. In using the machine, the moisture of the supplies could be stable and well-proportioned. The maize is fed into the dampener through the front-end inlet. Water is sprayed into the maize near the inlet. Together with the separately added water, the maize is transferred from the end to the top of the machine by the mixing blades when intensive intermixing and water penetration by the rotor whirling system are achieved. The thoroughly dampened maize is discharged from the machine outlet.

Dampening the maize bran before mill to ensure the bran soft, easy separate from maize kernel during the degerminaiting processing, keep flour quality.

2. Degerminating parts in a maize mill line:

After damper, the maize kernel will sleep in the Mid-Condition for around 2-3hours, depending on the raw grains, the germ and skin will absorb enough water, the endosperm not absorb water, it is more easily to separate the skin and germ from the endosperm by degerminator. The degerminator with Japan Technology, it will realize the separating of endosperm and maize skin and germ to insure can get pure maize flour, maize meal, maize grits with low fat.  

The maize germ, skin and maize endosperm separate, the maize endosperm transport to roller mill, the maize germ, skin use for animal feed.

3. The flour milling part in a maize mill line: 

Different capacity of maize mill use different numbers of roller mill, the roller mill effect is the same. The mill is one of most important machine of whole processing line, is mainly for grinding. To break big size maize endosperm to small size. Depend on client’s market need to mill maize flour, maize meal, maize grits ect.
